Vertical Flywheel Balancing Machine
An automotive flywheel component for heavy vehicles balanced on a vertical balancing machine. The vertical balancing machine comes with integrated drilling station to make corrections on the component. The place-weights program supplied with the machine pre-computes the number of corrections and amount of correction at each location based on the correction constraints. The balancing software also comes included with tooling error compensation / indexing program standard to compensate for the tooling error in the mounting of the rotors during production.
