For high-performance vehicles, sports cars, racing cars and new energy vehicles, there is a frequent need for emergency braking during high-speed driving and complex road conditions. However, ordinary brake discs tend to heat up during braking, resulting in unsatisfactory braking performance. Therefore, many brake disc manufacturers have adopted new materials: carbon ceramic brake discs composed of carbon fiber and silicon carbide (C/SiC) have begun to be widely used.
The carbon ceramic brake discs made of new materials have low density, high hardness, strong oxidation resistance, are not prone to rust, and can withstand high temperatures with fast braking response, high heat dissipation efficiency, low friction loss and longer service life. However, they are heavier than ordinary brake discs.
In response to market demands, the JP team has also launched a new type of automatic dynamic balancing machine for carbon ceramic brake discs. The following are the features of the JP balancing machine:
--According to the weight of carbon ceramic brake discs, JP's balancing machine equipment is compatible with a wider range of brake disc weights
--Unbalance correction is carried out by using a milling structure with diamond grinding wheels of higher hardness
--The special elastic fixture can be compatible with brake discs of different inner hole diameters
--The turntable with an electric chuck makes milling safer and the processing cycle time faster
-- Support multi-language interfaces
-- Data is easy to export
The following additional items have also been carried out for the producers:
Code scanning
Laser marking
Data upload
MES integration, etc.
We have successfully collaborated with over 20 carbon ceramic brake disc manufacturers at home and abroad, including Surface Transforms (UK), Xi'an Chaoma Technology, Changhua HolDing Group, etc. If you are also interested in carbon ceramic brake disc balancing machines, welcome to consult us.
