The newly developed portable balancing machine DM-4 by JP has been put into production and use. DM-4 is a dual-channel vibration analyzer integrating data acquisition, vibration analysis and on-site dynamic balancing. Paired with ODBI W5000 software, it provides a complete solution for predictive maintenance and features high efficiency and high precision. Compared with the previous DM-3, it has undergone the following upgrades:
-- The previous touch screen has been replaced with a PC screen
-- New modules have been added, such as vibration analysis, point inspection, user management, printing function, data saving and analysis, etc
-- The battery's charging duration has been upgraded for better stability
-- Data analysis and transmission are more convenient
The following is a brief introduction to the new features:
--Vibration analysis function: Through real-time waveform analysis, spectral analysis, cepstral analysis, power spectrum analysis, etc., it can comprehensively and deeply analyze vibration signals, providing more abundant basis for equipment fault diagnosis.
--The unbalance measurement module has been optimized: A new gain module has been added, and the parameter configuration module, auxiliary module, calibration module, and measurement module have been optimized. This enables a more intuitive observation of the signal conditions (it is easy to determine whether measurement can be conducted and the measurement effect). The module is simplified, making it easier for operators to operate.
--The newly added point inspection function enables users to conduct regular vibration detection at a certain position of the equipment. The newly added data analysis module supports recording and saving the measurement data at this position, and conducting regular comparative analysis to help users promptly identify potential problems with the equipment and ensure its stable operation.
-- Add three levels of account management permissions and printing functions, etc., making operations simpler and safer.
